Not a bad turnout for the Wednesday after the Open Day – six members attended. We spent a little time sorting out the show cash balance, and paying members for sales from the club shop. Finances, to my amazement, look pretty good. Rather more time was spent tracking down a short circuit on one track. It turned out not to be the fiddle yard – as suspected – but two wires had come out of a module plug and shorted themselves together.
But we ran plenty of trains before, during and after the wiring excitement. The usual circuit was set up.
Derek ran a selection of engineers trains…
Simon and Graham contributed some American interest…
Simon went all European…..
And Graham managed a realistic accident, with added theatricals….
Back on Sunday for another session…..
