A Bluebell visit #2

And so to the road steam power.  This magnificent road engine with a crane was in the station yard.

I especially liked the steam lorries, my favourite being the six-wheeled Sentinel, with something like a rear bogie providing the power….

Sometimes you just need a large hammer….

And there were traction engines and road rollers of all shapes and sizes….

Plus this enormous ploughing engine…

On the other side of the line were these ‘miniature’ traction engines.  Still big enough to ride around on…..

And this rather fine truck, with a Gardiner diesel engine….

Once again, lots of interesting things to look at.
